I got complimentary double room with aircon as an upgrade, nice gesture. I thoroughly enjoyed that there were variety of facilities in the room such as: a coffee maker and a kettle.

Well, it was a fabulous stay that ruined our vacation. The room was quiet and updated in spacious enough for travelling with kids, the staff were nice. We greatly enjoyed this hotel.

Decent and delicious food. New building and rooms with comfortable beds. Magnificent central location, adjacent to the city center by all the shopping, lake, flower clock, and St Pierre cathedral, and flower clock.

In general the staff were helpful and hard-working. The restaurant was good with good staff, we ordered delicious dishes. Kitchenette was great and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.
